Better Together 2024 – an event for Very Imagicle People

Welcome to Better Together ’24!

Let’s start at the beginning: what exactly is Better Together, and how did it all begin?

In 2022, Imagicle people transitioned to hybrid work after 2 years of remote work. As new hires emerged and colleagues who hadn’t met were introduced, the need for deeper connections became evident. People going to the same office (Italy, Middle East, USA) were slowly reconnecting, but we knew we needed to go further. 

And that’s how Better Together was born with its first edition, in 2022, in Viareggio. An immersive experience that made everyone happy, but we still wanted to up the game.

So, in 2024 we did it again. On the surface, a 3-day company-wide event in Italy. But its deeper meaning is creating a true Imagicle tradition, something to look forward to, reminding every Imagicle People that their happiness, goals, and experiences matter more than anything else, and most importantly that no matter what happens, everything is always Better Together.

And of course, a standard corporate event with meeting rooms and white ceilings isn’t Imagicle style. That’s why we chose the awe-inspiring location of Borgo Giusto, reuniting all Imagicle people with four main goals:

• Share. Having people from all over the world in one place leads to interesting conversations about our different cultures, daily lives, even food preferences, fostering a stunning melting pot.
• Connect. We know technology gifts us incredible tools to work remotely and still achieve efficiency, but being able to speak face to face with people you videocall all year round has a whole other taste to it.
• Learn. As a fast-moving company, being able to train everyone in the same room about the latest Imagicle news was an opportunity not to miss. And when you get to do working sessions in a Tuscan borgo, everything gains a little magic.
• Have Fun! Fun is an important part of the Imagicle culture of happiness, and what better occasion than being all together to throw dinner & pool parties?

Moreover, the 2024 edition of Better Together had a theme: Very Imagicle People. A theme we chose because Imagicle wouldn’t be exceptional place it is without its people. Through our passion, commitment, respect, and happiness, we create the amazing result that the company reaches and the incredible culture we share. 

In a nutshell, Better Together is an event for Very Imagicle People. People who share their passion and commitment even if far away and even with different roles and backgrounds. 💙

The Imagicle Village

In the picturesque heart of Tuscany, Borgo Giusto, a charming medieval village, was transformed into the Imagicle Village, welcoming 125 Imagicle People from all over the world for three incredible days. This unique destination featured four thematic areas – Welcome, Automate, Ensure, and Analyze; aka the four categories into which our products and services fall –  and additional area called Engage, referring to our brand new offer. We called the offer Engage because that’s what it was created for – to better engage customers and colleagues through AI-powered workspaces. And the area we named after it was the most interactive of them all: people had the possibilities to try and cook Italian food, sing, even play some instruments.

All designed in perfect Imagicle style to capture the true essence of the Better Together Experience: a blend of connection, sharing, learning, and pure fun!

Connect & Share

While there are countless tools for remote interaction, nothing can truly replace the value of seeing each other face-to-face. At Better Together ’24, many of us experienced this for the first time, creating unforgettable memories. But, even more importantly, we were able to connect with our colleagues from different offices and departments. Like-minded people who share the same values, have a passion for innovation and success and face any challenges with happiness and commitment.

A key aspect of the event is the exchange of knowledge, where the Imagicle People could gain insights into the latest Imagicle innovations and be inspired by the future that awaits us. On Day 2, multiples breakout sessions were held simultaneously within the Imagicle Village in each thematic area, unveiling exciting updates included in our Summer Release ’24.

If you didn’t know already, Imagicle People are no strangers to fun, and Better Together ’24 was the ultimate testament to that. 

On the first night, the Imagicle Village sparkled with lights, featuring multiple food stations, mesmerising stilt walker and fire eater show and a live band that had us dancing and singing our hearts out.

The following day, we ventured into Canyon Park for an adrenaline-pumping zip line experience and enjoyed a relaxing yoga session surrounded by nature. 

The grand finale awaited us at the exclusive Very Imagicle People Party – a glamorous Hollywood-style celebration set by the pool, complete with a red carpet entrance with the names of all the Imagicle Stars. Dinner was enjoyed under the sparkling „Imagiclewood“ sign perched atop the valley, and dj set under the stars creating a night to remember. 

Conclusions.

Even if Better Together ’24 has come to end, we’ll keep these memories forever and as we look to the future, we can’t help but feel excited about what’s to come!
